2010 standard crime contract tender is now open |
 |
|
The current unified criminal contract will expire at midnight on 13 July 2010. We have now opened the tender process for the replacement - the 2010 standard crime contract - that will run from 00.01 on 14 July 2010 for a three year term (subject to early termination or extension by up to two years).
The closing date for applications will be 4pm on 12 March 2010.

Quality assurance for advocates |
 |
The LSC has today published its proposed requirements for purchasing criminal advocacy services in the future. All advocates are encouraged to take the opportunity to contribute to the discussion about future quality standards.
The discussion paper also contains full details of the research that has taken place over the past three years, it reports on initial work in family and civil advocacy and includes the evaluation of the pilot research carried out by Cardiff Law School.
