 LSC revises SMP reconciliations |

In February 2009 we introduced a temporary concession to help protect the size of Standard Monthly Payments (SMPs) to solicitors.
We have now reviewed our position and cannot afford to continue this concession.

 2010 Standard Criminal Contract – important announcement |
|
|
On 9 July 2010 we will notify those of you who, according to our records, have not provided us with key information required under the Contract. If you receive a message via the eTendering Portal it will detail which area(s) we still require information for. You MUST provide this information urgently and no later than 4.00pm on Friday 16 July 2010. If you fail to provide the information we may take action under the contract, including termination.
