Remittance advice statement – delay |
|
|
Remittance advice statements are sent out weekly to providers; this report failed this week and has not been sent out.
Our normal back-up process has also been affected. The Provider Records Team are unable to access statements so can't fax them, or respond to telephone calls about them. We will inform providers when the situation has been resolved.
