 We have postponed the civil bid rounds scheduled for September

Civil bid rounds for 2010 contracts, which we had announced would open in September 2009, will now be delayed. Contracts will be extended for 6 months to October 2010. The published proposals for the nature of the new contract will remain unchanged.

 Amendments to family graduated fee scheme from 4 August

Changes to the family graduated fee scheme (FGF) take effect on 4 August 2009, and apply to any work carried out on new and existing certificates from that date. We announced the changes in February 2009, following a full Ministry of Justice/LSC consultation.
